On Feb. 4, Brandon L. and Ashley R. Fairfield sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 208 Maple St., Paw Paw to Kenneth and Margaret Diebert for $240,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,286.30, which is 2.62% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $181,400 on Sept. 4, 2018.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Paw Paw as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brandon L. Fairfield has been registered to vote since 2018. Ashley R. Fairfield has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 208 Maple St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Claire J Marquis, 91, Brandon L. Fairfield, 33, and Ashley R. Fairfield, 30.
