On Sept. 10, Ksdg Properties LLC purchased a commercial property at 1111 Fourth St., Fulton from Randy and Julie Boonstra for $135,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,817.24, 2.09% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold on June 1, 2018 for $125,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fulton as of this publication.
