City of Dixon City Council met March 2.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the City Clerk at 3:01pm.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Bishop, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Arellano answered roll call. Absent: Councilman Considine.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was cited.
VISITOR/PUBLIC COMMENT
None
WORK SESSION
FY 2022/2023 BUDGET
City Manager Langloss reviewed the items for this meeting.
Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager Heckman continued through the Public Works requests: Cemetery with Department Manager Phillips, discussion ensued; Infrastructure with discussion throughout; FY 23 Grants with discussion throughout.
Comments regarding inhouse work on the streets and remodeling of the city buildings on the savings. City Manager Langloss reported on the meeting with the City Manager from Sterling regarding bonds for pension investments, and future meetings; discussions throughout. Scheduled another budget meeting on March 14, 2022 from 3-5pm.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Oros moved that the Special Council Meeting of Tuesday, March 1, 2022 be adjourned to meet in Regular Session on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Venier. Voting Yea: Councilman Bishop, Oros, and Venier. Voting Nay: None. Motion Carried
