November 2021: Sterling experienced a 32.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Sterling rose by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 32.6% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Sterling in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,181, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
