The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Erie rose by $27,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,250 - a 19.2% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Erie in October 2020.
