Sterling median home prices rose by 11.8% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Sterling rose by $11,250 while total sales increased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,250 - a 11.8% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Sterling in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,181, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
