(PUBLIC HEARING) Galena Prime Hotels LLC, 1183 US Hwy 20 W. ‐ Request for approval of a Non‐Administrative Highway 20 Development Permit to allow modifications to the exterior of the hotel, a Special Use Permit fo the use of discouraged wall materials in the Highway 20 Corridor, and a Variance to allow a roof sign.
(PUBLIC HEARING) True North Quality Homes, LLC, 1304 Park Ave., 1308 4th St., and 2190 N. Blackjack Rd., Galena, IL 61036. ‐ Request for Phase 1A Final Approval for a Planned Unit Development with an underlying district of Planned Commercial contingent on final approval of the annexation into the corporate boundaries of the City of Galena.
