City of Fulton City Council met July 11.

Approve Council Meeting Minutes from June 27, 2022 (pages 1-5)

7. Business

A. Approve City Council remodel expenditures in the amount of approximately $6000. This will include chairs, painting, and new carpet in the chamber area.

Motion: To Approve

B. Approve bid from Boonstra Heating and Air in the amount of $45,590.00 for new HVAC system for the Police Department and City Hall. One other bid from River Cities Heating and Air was received in the amount of $56,822.00.

Motion: To Approve

C. Approve the Mutual Aid Agreement for the Public Works Department with other cities, villages, and municipalities. The amount of the agreement currently is $100 annually.

Motion: To Approve

8. Discussion

Mayor Wendy plans to attend the IML Conference from September 15-17, 2022. Are there any other Aldermen interested?
