1. 22-0710 Call to Order – Mayor

Start Time: 6:30 p.m.

Alderman Belken, Alderman Burgmeier, Alderman Fluhr, Alderman Hoffmann, Alderman Walsh and Attorney Kurt

2. 22-0711 Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Rezoning Application for Jestin and Gerry Lou Sertle at 185 Wisconsin Avenue in the City of East Dubuque, Jo Daviess County, Illinois / Mayor Degenhardt, City Manager Herrig

Motion by Mayor Degenhardt to Approve Rezoning Application for Jestin and Gerry Lou Sertle at 185 Wisconsin Avenue second by Alderman Burgmeier ROLL CALL: Ayes – Alderman Belken, Alderman Burgmeier, Alderman Fluhr, Alderman Hoffmann, Alderman Walsh and Mayor Degenhardt Motion carried

3. 22-0712 Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Special Use Permit for Bridge City Collective, UHCC, Inc to Operate an Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensary at 69-79 Sinsinawa Avenue in the City of East Dubuque, Jo Daviess County, Illinois / Mayor Degenhardt, City Manager Herrig

Positive vote from Zoning Board.

Alderman Belken – Are you looking to be part of the community? Also looking forward to see a new building in downtown area.

Jim Straus – Yes, anticipate to work with community.

Alderman Walsh – Sorry to see nice looking bar going but looking forward to new business.
