City of Byron Administrative Committee met Oct. 5.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Clerk Huber called the meeting to order at 5:15 pm.
1. ROLL CALL –
MEMBERS PRESENT: Alderman Todd Isaacs, Alderman Cheryl Metz
MEMBERS ABSENT: Alderman Christy Hanlin, Alderman Jessica Nehring
OTHERS PRESENT: Clerk Caryn Huber, Attorney Aaron Szeto, Chief Todd Murray
No quorum. Committee will discuss agenda items but will not take action.
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA – OCTOBER 5, 2022 – No quorum.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT – None
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – SEPTEMBER 7, 2022 – No quorum. September 7 minutes will be on the November agenda for approval.
5. MORING WASTE DISPOSAL CONTRACT – A redlined copy of the Moring contract amendment is in Dropbox. Council will discuss further. Rates to residents will need to be discussed as well.
6. AUDIT APPROVAL – Alderman Isaacs did not see any issues with the audit. A final draft is included in Dropbox. It is on the Council agenda for approval.
7. UTV ORDINANCE – Nothing new to report.
8. ADJOURN – The meeting ended at 5:36 pm
