Chairwoman McKanna called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Approve minutes
Committee reviewed minutes from August 23, 2022, Finance Committee meeting. Alderwoman McKanna moved to approve the August 23, 2022, minutes second by Alderman Wangelin.
Via Voice Vote all approved, motion carried
New Business
MWM Consulting Group Actuarial Presentation over the phone with Kathleen Manning, Karl Oman and Kyle Bang.
Anthony Cervini with Sikich presented audited financials - clean report.
о Waiting on a final figure and will need to file an extension on the financials
A motion was made by Alderwoman McKanna to approve the draft and hold to send to council until final audit is received and second by Alderman Wangelin

Utility Office Write Offs - July 2022 – September 2022
A motion was made by Alderwoman McKanna to approve the Utility Office Write Offs for July 2022 to September 2022 to send to City Council and second by Alderman Wangelin.
Vote via voice, motion carried.
FY 2023 Tax Levy presented by Alderwoman McKanna, 2.9% Tax Levy increase.
A motion was made by Alderwoman McKanna to approve 2.9% Tax Levy increase to send to City Council and second by Alderman Wangelin.
Vote 3 aye, motion carried to send to council
