Chairwoman McKanna called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Approve minutes
Committee reviewed minutes from October 25, 2022, Finance Committee meeting. Alderwoman McKanna moved to approve the October 25, 2022, minutes second by Alderman Wangelin.

New Business
Financing of RB&W Park Restroom Facilities
o ARPA Committee approved $250,000.00
o Bid for Restrooms is $525,000.00 with $85,000.00 contingency
o City Administrator Blackert stated money from TIF and Tourism can help pay the remainder, $275,000.00
A motion was made by Alderwoman McKanna to approve split funding through TIF and Tourism for the $275,000.00 to pay the remaining balance to fund the restrooms at RB&W Park and second by Alderman Wangelin.
Vote via voice, all approved, motion carried to send to council
