Approve Minutes
Committee reviewed minutes from November 2, 2022 regular Building Committee meeting. A motion was made by Alderman Wangelin to approve the minutes of the November 2, 2022 meeting, second by Alderwoman Sobottka, motion carried.

Committee reviewed Code Enforcement reports for November & December 2022. Old Business
A. 1209 West 16th Street - Sent to Atty on 10-6-22 to begin court ordered cleanup proceedings.
B. 800 W 2nd Street - Sent to Atty on 10-6-22 - will file for abandonment after title work is reviewed.
C. 402 3rd Avenue - Sent to Atty on 10-6-22 - will file for abandonment after title work is reviewed.
D. 406 E 3rd Street - Sent to Atty on 10-6-22 - will file for abandonment after title work is reviewed.
E. 420 Haskell Avenue - Sent to Atty to begin court ordered clean up
F. 1607 4th Avenue - No progress on cleanup. Candidate for Litter Control Act
G. 1210 8th Avenue - Some progress on cleanup. Candidate for Litter Control Act.
H. 404 6th Avenue - Sent to Attorney for abandonment
I. 1116 1st Avenue - Sent to Attorney for abandonment

N. Lawn Maintenance Bid - A motion was made by Alderman Wangelin to submit the lawn maintenance out to bid, second by Alderwoman Sobottka, motion carried.

A. 213 1st Avenue - A motion was made by Member Scanlan to start abandonment proceedings, second by Alderman Wangelin, motion carried.
