Do you provide care to a family member, friend, or a member of the community?You’re invited to join us for a FREE monthly Caregiver Support Group!
Each meeting will have a suggested topic, but will be run as an open forum. We’ll take time to discuss what is going on currently with your caregiver responsibilities, answer questions, and share resources you and others may find useful.
Join us the last Wednesday of every month from 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.FHN Memorial Hospital Deaconness Room (lower level), 1045 W. Stephenson St., Freeport
