Discussion and possible action on a request by the owner 209 S. West St. to construct a 24’x24’ detached gabled garage using fiber cement board with faux wood grain as siding and aluminum soffit and fascia. Both materials will match the existing home on site.
Discussion and possible action on a request by the owner of 358 Franklin St. to remove the existing slate roof on the front of the home and replace it with asphault shingles

Discussion and possible action on a request by the Scott Toot, JoDaviess County Administrator, and the Jo Daviess County Board to add an addition to, and renovate the Jo Daviess County Courthouse.
