a. Approval to extend the Cash Farm Lease with Ted Jacobs for 57.5 tillable acres for Lots, 3, 4 and 5 in Glen’s Garden Subdivision for the 2024 growing season (December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024) with the same terms as the original lease.

a. Approval to sell the 2009 T-7500 Patcher and 6,000 Gallon Tank
