REQUESTED ACTION: Approve the rebuild of the 6 tertiary filter vacuum pumps in the amount of $13,900.10 and forward to City Council for approval.

REQUESTED ACTION: Recommend to City Council to award Boring of Schutz Easement to Kirby Cable Service, Inc. 17842 Sumner Rd, Pecatonica IL in the amount of $152,430.

a. City Attorney Updates
6. Utility Manager
a. Review License Agreement with Illinois Department of Natural Resources for the purpose of an aerial electric line over the Hennepin Canal. (See Exhibit B for location and Paragraph 5 on page 2 of the Agreement.)
REQUESTED ACTION: Approve License Agreement with IDNR for a full-term of 10 years in the amount of $1,320 as a lump sum onetime payment (ten years at $132 per year) and forward to City Council for approval.
