COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Charlie Thomas,Tom Bushmn, Terry Stephenitch,, Scott Brinkmeier,Roger Willey, Lexi Willey, Butch Pfeifer, Roddie Harrington

CALL TO ORDER: On October 25th 2023 @ 6:37 P.M. Meeting was called to order by chairman Roger Willey, followed by the pledge of allegiance
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A) READING OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 27TH 2023: Lexi Willey made a motion to approve, and was 2nd by Scott Brinkmeier. Motion passed by voice vote
B) FINANCIAL/TREASURER: Report of the August 23rd 2023 meeting that was not available at the September 27th meeting. Scott Brinkmeier made a motion to approve, and was 2nd by Charlie Thomas. Motion passed by voice vote.
Reading of report from September 27th 2023 meeting was read, Scott Brinkmeier made a motion to approve, and was 2nd by Roddie Harrington, motion passed by voice vote.
C) ARTIFACTS: Painting for the F100 to start in the spring
D) GROUNDS/BUILDINGS/PROPERTY/MAINTENANCE: Still working on the arbors
E) LEGACY STONES/ DEDICATION: Keane Hudson looking into engravers
F) Flags: None
G) IT: Roger Willey looking into new cameras for the park
H) CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION/ THANK YOU: None

OLD BUSINESS:
ARBOR REPAIR: Still working on repair
NEW BUSINESS: Talked of having ham shoot at the end of April 2024
COMMISSSIONERS COMMENTS: Veterans day ceremony at the park beginning at 11 A.M. on November 11th 2023. Open house at the VFW at 12 P.M, followed by 100 year celebration and history at 3:00 P.M.
NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING DATE: November 15th 2023 @ 6:30 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT: At 7:21 Tom Bushman made a motion to adjourn and was 2nd by Scott Brinkmeier. Motion passed by voice vote.
