Meeting was called to order by Chairman Michael Clark.

Roll call was taken

Chairman Michael Clark requested to begin executive Session at 4:03 PM.

A motion was made by Brian Snow and second by John Larson to enter Executive Session.

Roll call was taken.

All yes; executive session ended at 4:48 PM

A motion was made by Brian Snow and second by Patty Martinez to end Executive session.

Roll call was taken.

All yes; motion carried

A motion was made by Brian Snow and second by John Larson to approve the LOI subject to changes discussed in Executive Session and giving Michael Clark authority to sign.

Roll call was taken.

A motion was made by Brian Snow and second by Mike Corrigan to give Michael Clark the authority to sign Real Estate Contract subject to City Attorney approval.

Roll call was taken.

All yes; motion carried
