a. Petition concerns the property located at 1675 Fulfs Lane and requests a special use to allow a child care center on property zoned B-2 – General Business District.

15. Resolutions

a. Amending the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 by amending line items within Council Department budget to accommodate additional operating expenses in the Council budget.

b. Amending the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 by amending line items within the IT Department budget to accommodate additional operating expenses in the IT Department.

c. Appoint Brad W. Huffman to the Municipal Band Board for a term commencing May 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2026, or until his respective successor is duly appointed and qualified.

d. Appoint Peggy M. Kingry to the Municipal Band Board for a term commencing May 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2025, or until her respective successor is duly appointed and qualified.

e. Petition requests a map amendment for property located at 1779 Clearview Dr., Dixon, Illinois, from R-2 Single Family Residential District to R-1 Rural/Residential District under the Lee County Zoning Code.

16. Motions

a. The Intergovernmental Agreement relates to the City’s sale of surplus ammunition to the City of Polo for use by the City of Polo Police Department. The ammunition being sold is no longer used by firearms in service with the Dixon Police Department.

b. Proposal for professional services related to structures remaining on the Viaduct Point – First Street Redevelopment Block in Dixon, Illinois.
