Since there is no longer a house next to the property Brad Weimerskirch would like to make it commercial instead of the residential with special use. Thought it would be more appropriate to zone as commercial.

A. Findings of Fact / Interim City Manager Bob Seitz
Interim City Manager Bob Seitz – The property has been used as a commercial business for the last 42 years. Current use as a dental office is consistent with special use permit and general business. The area in which the property is located is more commercial than residential now.
Recommend is in favor of rezoning from residential with special use to commercial.
