State Representative Bradley Fritts (IL) | Representative Bradley Fritts (R) 74th District

State Representative Bradley J. Fritts recently highlighted House Bill 4535, expressing his strong support for veterans by proposing the removal of registration and renewal fees for military special recognition plates. Fritts stated, "I strongly support our veterans and believe we should do as much as possible to assist them."

Fritts also shared his positive experience at the Emerging Women Leaders Event, where he welcomed Haley Brill and Sam Setchell, acknowledging their remarkable contributions to the community. He mentioned, "Both Haley and Sam have accomplished extraordinary things in their work that make our community a better place."

During a visit to Sterling, Fritts congratulated the Sterling Fence Company for joining the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, emphasizing the celebration of the company's continued success.

Furthermore, Fritts, along with Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie, toured the Byron Nuclear Plant to learn more about the efforts to provide safe and reliable energy to Illinois. He also participated in the Ogle County Farm Bureau Luncheon, discussing pro-agriculture legislation and ways to support farmers in Illinois.

In a legislative context, Fritts addressed House Bill 4107, proposing the return of land to the Potawatomi Nation as part of the Shabbona Lake State Park. He emphasized the importance of gathering feedback from residents living near the park to ensure the best service to constituents.

Fritts concluded by encouraging transparency and accountability in government operations, inviting constituents to reach out during their visits to Springfield.
