CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hughes at 4:00pm.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Bishop, Considine, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Hughes answered roll call.
Absent: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was cited.
VISITOR/PUBLIC COMMENT
None
WORK SESSION
Discussion ensued regarding Department Operating Budgets of Streets, Administrative, Plan, Comprehensive Plan. Non-for-profit requests: Blackhawk Hills-agreed, Sister Cities-agreed, LCIDA-agreed, CEO Program-agreed, Next Picture Show-agreed to $25,000 with documentation, Sauk’s Impact Program, Housing Program-agreed to $200,000, Historic Dixon Theatre-majority agreed to $350,000, Sauk’s Impact Program-agreed, Stage Left-agreed.
Note: Councilman Venier left meeting at 5:11pm. Discussion on stipulations for the donation to the Dixon Theatre.
