State Representative Bradley J. Fritts has announced his second annual summer tour, set to take place from June 7th to August 30th. The tour will include traveling office hours and "coffee & conversation" events aimed at engaging with constituents and understanding their needs.

Rep. Fritts emphasized the importance of these interactions: "Last year, I met hundreds of residents across the district to learn more about what is needed from me as a legislator. I plan to do that again this year to make sure the voices of my constituents are heard and to bring their priorities back to Springfield."

The "coffee & conversation" events will be held at locally-owned coffee shops and restaurants, while Rep. Fritts will also collaborate with local chambers of commerce for weekly business visits. The schedule includes stops in Franklin Grove, Shabbona, Amboy, Ashton Village Hall, Franklin Grove Library, and Paw Paw Public Library.

Additionally, Rep. Fritts' office will host a free shred event for residents to safely dispose of unneeded documents. He noted this as an important community service: "This is a great opportunity for my office to give back to the community by providing an often-overlooked but important resource."

In recent community outreach efforts, Rep. Fritts welcomed four classes from Reagan Middle School to Springfield and congratulated The Radar on joining the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rock Falls Chamber.

Rep. Fritts expressed gratitude towards his staff for attending various local events such as the Foster Grandparent Volunteer Recognition Banquet hosted by AmeriCorps in Sterling and the Rochelle Chamber of Commerce annual dinner.

To stay updated on legislative efforts and district activities, constituents are encouraged to visit Rep. Fritts' website or follow him on Facebook.

"I will continue to update you via this e-newsletter to keep you up-to-date on my efforts to pass bills in Springfield and serve you in the district," said Rep. Fritts.
