State Representative Bradley Fritts (R-Dixon) is hosting a senior health fair at DeKalb High School, 501 Dresser Road, on Thursday, July 18. The event is free, open to the public, and will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
“I encourage all local seniors to come out for our free senior health fair!” said Rep. Fritts. “There is always more that can be done to benefit our senior community. This fair is a great resource that will allow seniors to receive multiple services at once, saving both time and money.”
The senior health fair aims to provide resources about how to save money, improve health, and offer free health screenings. Dozens of vendors from area businesses, organizations, and state agencies will be available to assist seniors in various aspects of their lives.
Representative Fritts is hosting the event alongside State Senators Sue Rezin (Morris) and Dave Syverson (Cherry Valley), House Minority Leader Tony McCombie (Savanna), and State Representative Jeff Keicher (Sycamore).
Light refreshments will be served. For questions, please contact Representative Fritts’ office at 815-561-3690.
