This week, House Minority Leader Tony McCombie engaged in various activities across Southern Illinois, meeting with caucus members and local leaders. Among those she met were State Representatives Patrick Windhorst, David Friess, and Paul Jacobs.

In Marion, Leader McCombie met with Mayor Mike Absher before visiting Mountain Dew Park to engage with the Illinois Realtors Association. She is pictured alongside State Representative Patrick Windhorst at a town hall event hosted by the Illinois Association of Realtors. During this event, they provided legislative updates and addressed industry concerns.
Leader McCombie also visited the Paul Simon Institute, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization named after former U.S. Senator Paul Simon. The institute focuses on promoting better politics and smarter government while preparing students for public service careers. At the institute, Leader McCombie spoke to an audience comprising students, faculty, and residents.
To conclude her week, Leader McCombie toured Custom Aluminum Products in Genoa and met with Steve Dillett, CEO of the company.
