There were 12 Asian students enrolled in Jo Daviess County school districts in the 2022-23 school year, 14.3% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Data showed that Asian students made up 0.4% of the 3,099 students in the county. They were the least represented ethnicity at the time.

Among the six districts in Jo Daviess County, Galena Unit School District 120 recorded the highest enrollment of Asian students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 12 students.
