FOIA Request Sent to City Of Mount Carroll Regarding Unpaid Parking Violations on October 28, 2024

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the City Of Mount Carroll on October 28, 2024, by NW Illinois News. The request specifically asked for a list of all parking violations currently unpaid in the city.

The details requested included the name of the offender, their address, the amount due for each violation, the date of each violation, and the total amount due. This information is sought under the provisions of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140.
