The request was made for both new and active residential and commercial building permits issued from January 1, 2023, till today's date.
The specific details requested include the type of permit, date issued, fee paid, requester information, address associated with the permit, and contractor name. These details are crucial for providing transparency to the public about local construction activities and holding public institutions accountable.
As a media organization involved in gathering and reporting news to the public, we believe access to these public records is essential for fulfilling our professional responsibilities.
