ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Letter/Notification Form for AMI Meter Base Upgrade and forward to City Council for approval.

b. Review Contract with Intern for tree trimming

ACTION REQUESTED: Approve tree trimming contract with Intren and forward to City Council for approval.

c. Discuss  street lighting project with IMEA energy efficiency funds from IMEA.

Total project cost of $26,800 IMEA will reimburse $20,100 after completion of project. All labor will be city labor.

ACTION REQUESTED: Approve street lighting project at $26,800 through IMEA energy efficiency program and forward to City Council for approval.
