Freeport Athletics shared several updates regarding their boys volleyball teams on April 1, 2025. The updates detailed recent losses faced by both the junior varsity and varsity teams against their opponents.

On April 1, 2025, the Freeport Athletics Twitter account reported that the JV Boys Volleyball team lost to East, concluding with a score of 19–25, 12-25. "JV Boys Volleyball loses to East with a final score of 19–25, 12-25."

Later the same day, they posted about the Varsity Boys Volleyball team, which also matched against East, resulting in a loss with scores of 15-25, 17-25. "Varsity Boys Volleyball loses to East with a final score of 15-25, 17-25."
