Consideration & Possible Action on a zoning board of appeals decision on a request from Kenneth Dawson, Thomas Dawson, and Edward Dawson for a variance for a lot which has a residential zoning classification but does not have a principal residential structure present but does have an accessory structure location thereon, to hook into the City’s water and sewer system at 606 West Dixon Street.
