1. Call to Order; • Meeting called to order at 8:15 a.m.
2. Audience Requests.; • None.
3. Approval of Committee Minutes.; • Approved the May 23, 2017 Electric Committee Minutes.; No Action.
4. Financial/ Reliability/Broadband Updates.; • Mr. Simon reported on the financials, reliability for the month of May, 2017.; No Action.
5. Utility Office.; • Diane Hatfield went over the 90 days past due; reported that the state was about $45,000.00 behind.; No Action.
6. Truck Door Logo.; • Approval to proceed.; No Action.
7. Fiber Update.; • Dick Simon went over his call with the Engineer Mictech on the lay out of the fiber backbone and fiber hoods.; No Action.
8. City Administrator.; • Reviewed the revised broadband plan and pricing with no VOIP. The Electric Committee approved the following rates: Residential: 1 Gig $75.00/month; Business: 200Mbps Async $150.00/month, 500 Mbps Async $275.00/month, 1000 Mbps Async $375.00/month.
• Approved $5,000.00 contract for subscription computer program for broadband with COS System Inc., 42 Broadway Suite 12-206, New York, NY 10004; the Electric Committee approved.; No Action.
9. Committee Member Items.; • Alderman Schuneman and Dick Simon updated the Electric Committee on their APPA Conference held in Orlando, FL.; No Action.
10. July Open House; • Open House will be held at the Electric Department, Hydro Plant and the Generator Building on July 31, 2017.; No Action
11. Committee Member Items.; • None.; No Action
12. Adjournment.; • Adjourned meeting @ 9:40 a.m.
