School discipline: Which Northwest Illinois districts reported suspending the most boys?

Freeport School District 145, Oregon Community Unit School District 220 and West Carroll Community Unit School District 314 reported the highest rate of boys suspended for any reason during the 2016-17 school year in Northwest Illinois, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
