School discipline: Which Northwest Illinois districts reported the most drugs-related suspensions?

Rock Falls Township High School District 301, Freeport School District 145 and Dixon Unit School District 170 reported the highest rate of students suspended for reasons related to drug offenses during the 2016-17 school year in Northwest Illinois, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
