The data shows that three men and one woman were released in Amboy. The median age of the parolees was 34. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2017, and the oldest was a 43-year-old man sentenced for a crime against one or more children in 2014.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Jeremy L. Henry. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2016 when he was 28 years old. He is now 31.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
