Representative Demmer Receives Medical Partner Award from IAMHP
State Representative Tom Demmer (R-Dixon) was recently presented with the Illinois Association of Medicaid Health Plans’ (IAMHP) Medical Partner Award at their annual conference in Tinley Park. Demmer was recognized for the work he does in the General Assembly that focuses on service and delivery issues within Illinois’ Medicaid system.
With 1 of every 4 Illinoisans relying on Medicaid for their health care needs, Demmer has sponsored and supported many bills that provide legislative solutions that modernize systems, provide better value, and ultimately improve patient access and medical outcomes. He is shown in the photo above with State Representative Greg Harris, who was also named a medical partner award-winner, and IAMHP Executive Director Samantha Olds Frey.
