City Clerk Lisa Dauphin rang the bell to announce the start of the meeting.
Mayor Bates called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Mayor Carl Bates, present, Alderman Jeff Elliott, present, Mike Risko, present, Paul Kaczmarski, present, Nancy Bandemer, present, Doug Bergren, absent.
New Business
1. Discussion and Possible Action on William Davis Trust Investment Funds: Alderman Bandemer made a motion keep investments with Shannon First State Bank and invest 1.5 Million in Treasury Bills with the balance in a Money Market and Alderman Risko seconded to approve. Roll call vote: Alderman Kaczmarski, yes, Risko, yes, Elliott, yes, Bandemer, abstain, Bergren, absent. Vote: 3 yeses, 1 abstain, 1 absent and 0 nos. Motion carried.
