Today marks the final opportunity to register for the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Drive. The event is scheduled for October 26th, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will be hosted by Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie in collaboration with Sauk Valley Community College, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other partners.

Participants are required to make reservations, which can be completed through a QR code or an online link provided by the organizers. This initiative offers residents a chance to safely dispose of household waste materials.

The drive emphasizes safety and environmental responsibility, aiming to assist community members in managing hazardous waste effectively.
