City of Fulton City Council met April 14.

8. Motion to Approve and Vote on the Ryan Eissens construction project. Eissens Construction will pay for and install a new road on the property of his construction site. The City will reimburse Eissens by paying him 3 payments of $16,000.00 each. First payment due October 2025, second payment due October 2026, and third payment due October 2027. (page 39-41)

9. Motion to Approve and Vote on a request to Vacate an Alley from Jeff Brondyke at 1029 9th Avenue. (page 42-43)

10. Motion to Approve and Vote to move Administrative Penalties from the General Fund to Fund 61 (Police) (page 44-45)

11. Motion to Approve and Vote on a Resolution to Adopt and Allocate Funds for an Outdoor Fitness Court as Part of the 2025-2026 National Fitness Campaign. (page 46)
